SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

In order to gain access to our remote access system you will need the following:   

    

Citrix Presentation Server Client (installation instruction above)

Internet Explorer (versions 6 and 8 are supported).

 

In theory the latest's versions of Firefox and Netscape browser should also work. However, these platforms have not been tested and may require additional steps to properly launch the applications.

IMPORTANT: Internet Explorer 7 has been found to cause problems. If you have IE 7 installed on your home computer, you can try to access our systems remotely, however if it fails, Pathfinder Services IT Department cannot provide assistance. 

 

For Pathfinder Services employees to access their Pathfinder applications, such as email via Citrix, follow these 3 steps

(If you have already installed the Citrix software, skip Steps 1 & 2)

  1. Download Citrix:

  2. Click HERE to Log-in to Citrix
