SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

In order to gain access to our remote access system you will need the following:   

Citrix Receiver Client (installation instruction to the right)

Internet Explorer (versions 8 or higher).

In theory the latest's versions of Firefox and Chrome browser should also work. However, these platforms have not been tested and may require additional steps to properly launch the applications.

For Pathfinder Services employees to access their Pathfinder applications, such as email via Citrix, follow these 3 steps

(If you have already installed the Citrix software, skip Steps 1 & 2)

1. Download Citrix:

• Click here to select your operating system and Download Citrix (Choose Receiver for web access)

2. If using Internet Explorer 9, add https://ctxgateway.pathfinderservices.org to your trusted sites list.                                                      Click Here for Instructions (you can print them for reference)

3. Click HERE to Log-in to Citrix
