The Recycling and
Refuse Division is an organization that requires customer intimate
relationships that provide zero callbacks. It provides
environmental improvements to the community, a stimulating and safe
work environmental for developmentally disabled employees and is
economically sustainable.
Provide
defect-free, on time delivery of customer products. Enable
each employee/client to live productive lives through skill
development in a structured business environment, economically sustainable.
The mission of
Community Connections is to enhance, through home ownership, the
self-sufficiency of low-income families, especially those with
special needs, throughout Northeast Indiana.
