Joe has been with Pathfinder OutSource Manufacturing since 1986, and is responsible for the delivering and receiving of shipments within the division. Joe has received forklift certification and carpet cleaning training through Pathfinder Services Inc.

Josh Hyatt                                                                               Sales & Operations Coordinator                                         Josh has been with Pathfinder OutSource Manufacturing since 2011. Josh is responsible for coordinating process improvement, insuring customer satisfaction, as well as new business opportunities for the Division. Josh focus on the Fraction Islands product line which provides kits and supplies to teachers to teach fractions to grade school and middle school students. Josh provides support to Amramp, which specializes in modular wheelchair ramps, providing accessibility solutions for clients in North Eastern Indiana.                                    Contact Josh

Diane has been with Pathfinder OutSource Manufacturing since 2011. Diane is responsible for all purchasing and customer supports for Pathfinder OutSource Manufacturing.

Marilyn Wood
OutSource Manufacturing Team Leader
Marilyn has been with Pathfinder OutSource Manufacturing since 1997 and is responsible for the day to day operations of the division. Marilyn supervises and trains the employees of OutSource Manufacturing, orders supplies, and helps all clients with their time sheets.

Marilyn is trained in CPI, CPR, First Aid, Med and High Lift Training, Stop Look and Listen, and PCP. Marilyn’s favorite aspect of her career with Pathfinder Services is assisting the clients with disabilities with their employment on a day-to-day basis in the Pathfinder Community Supports division.
