Pathfinder Resource Connection, the Employment Division of Pathfinder Services began in 1987 and specializes in assisting people with disabilities and others in finding and retaining employment. Specific assistance provided to clients includes: career preparation, job development, job coaching and training as needed once the individual is placed in employment.
